Connacht batte la Benetton e prendse il comando della Guinness PRO12 dopo sette giornate
La Benetton Treviso gioca un buon primo tempo a Galway contro Connacht, riesce a segnare l’unica meta dei primi 40 minuti con Hayward e va al riposo sotto 9 a 5. Gli Irlandesi segnano subito ad inizio ripresa con Henshaw ma Treviso risponde con la seconda meta della serata di Hayward che trasforma anche il momentaneo 16 a 12. Le mete, però, di McCartney e Healy chiudono il discorso e a nulla serve la meta di Gori nel finale.
Dopo due vittorie consecutive, le Zebre devono arrendersi agli Ospreys a Swansea: i Gallesi dell’ex Leonard aprono lo score dopo 7 minuti e chiudono avanti 17 a 3 la prima frazione. Non c’è storia anche nel secondo tempo dove arrivano altre tre mete dei padroni di casa per un perentorio 36 a 3.
Prima sconfitta stagionale per gli Scarlets che vengono sconfitti a Dublino da Leinster nonostante aver chiuso avanti il primo tempo 15 a 9; vita dura per Glasgow che supera sì Cardiff col bonus ma deve soffrire fino alla fine. Vittoria importante e in rimonta per Munster che, a Murrayfield, supera Edinburgh e, infine, vittoria per Ulster a Newport.
