La notizia del weekend in Amlin Challenge Cup è la grande prestazione di Viadana che, allo Zaffanella, rimonta e pareggia con Grenoble, non proprio l’ultima arrivata. Per il resto ci sono poche soddisfazioni in casa Italia se non una buona prova dei Cavalieri a Parigi contro lo Stade Francais; escono sconfitte pesantemente Mogliano a Bordeaux e Calvisano, in casa, contro Bucaresti.
Bath e Wasps vincono i rispettivi incontri e accedono ai quarti di finale, negli altri gironi invece i giochi sono ancora aperti.
