E’ sempre Super Rugby nell’emisfero sud e prima che scendano in campo le rispettive nazionali è stato un altro weekend di battaglie.
Il venerdì si sono giocati due incontri: nel primo i Crusaders hanno seppellito gli Highlanders sotto una pioggia di ben 8 mete mentre nel derby australiano tra Rebels e Brumbies hanno la meglio questi ultimi che fanno un notevole passo in avanti in direzione playoff.
Il sabato si è inaugurato con lo spettacolare match che i Chiefs hanno vinto con i Blues grazie alla meta nei minuti finali di Tikoirotuma, è proseguito poi con la vittoria da 5 punti degli Hurricanes sui Waratahs e si è concluso con i due scontri tutti sudafricani in cui gli Sharks hanno battuto i Lions e gli Stormers i Bulls.
